JPs Marathon & More Wins For Hargreaves
Madrid Marathon - Historicos Juan Pedro Lopez Cascante completed the Madrid Marathon to keep up his record of having finished the race every year since its inception. His finishing time of three hours and twenty-three minutes virtually doubled his training hours! JP is the youngest of the 'Historicos'.

Mark Hargreaves has won more honours in Hampshire based 10ks over the spring adding to Masters titles won at Chichester and Totton.

First up was the hilly Marwell Zoo 10k. A finishing time of 33:43 was enough for fourth overall beating sixth placed Mike Grist into the M40 title.

In May Hargreaves returned to the Victoria Park 10k in Southampton. Running the race for the fourth time in six years, Mark has never finished outside the top three. A solid 32:46 in 2007 claimed third place and first veteran. He also edged out Mark Le Gassick who beat him in three previous 10ks this year.
