*17/5/09 PBs smashed at Purbeck - Ian Habgood, Laurent Kelly, Simon Way, Janie Chapman and Joe Price and Mike Cowham all set new personal bests over 10k at Purbeck on Wednesday night.

Great Britain duathlete Habgood led the way clocking sub 33 minutes for the first time. Laurent Kelly managed a top ten finish while Simon Way and Janie Chapman set new bests despite running the London Marathon just 17 days previously.

Charlotte Penfold set a new best at the White Horse Half Marathon winning the women's race in 81:57. This result and updates from the Purbeck 10k are available to view on the club championship page.

Simon Way, Pete Russell and Ray Long were the club's representatives at the first Poole Runners summer series time trial at Upton House Country Park. The trio ran 21:43 (12th), 22:30 (20th) and 23:21 (31st) respectively.
