March 2007 Round Up
*25/3/07 British Masters Cross Country - Mark Hargreaves battled through a week of niggling injuries to take a silver medal at the British Masters Cross Country Championships in Mansfield.

The 2006 M45 winner had been struggling with knee and foot problems in the build up to his title defence. But Mark completed the rolling 8k course in 27:28 to add a silver medal to his list of National honours.

The Bournemouth AC athlete beat every competitor in the M35 category and was denied gold by Ian Furness of Dudley and Stourbridge. Hargreaves said, “It was a course I like and I was pleased to bring home the silver medal.”
