Everton 10k
*19/8/08 White's winning streak continues - Ian White claimed his fourth race win in seven weeks with another sprint finish in the Everton 10k. Fresh from winning the Dorset 10000m title by three seconds in the week, the winning margin was exactly the same and enough to record a new personal best on the road clocking 33:31.

Nigel Rackham (four minutes in front of White at this March's Bath Half!) lost out in the sprint finish while Ropley 10k winner and defending Everton champion Matt King trailed in third.

Andy Jennings in sixth also earned himself a couple of impressive scalps finishing in front of Will Newbury and Matt West who ran 33:10 at the Poole 10k.

Robin Copestick recovered from Wednesday's disappointment to finish 11th in 37:07 while Simon Way recorded his best 10k time in a BAC vest finishing in 40:47.

1 Ian White 33:31, 6 Andy Jennings 35:47, 11 Robin Copestick 37:07, 42 Simon Way 40:47, 85 Joe Price 45:33, 209 Will Price 55:20.

The club championship table has now been updated with new marks set by Ian, Simon and Joe.
