Bournemouth Bay Half Marathon and 10k Runs
*1/4/07 Bournemouth Bay Half Marathon - Considering the Easterly wind from Alum Chine to Hengistbury Head there were some very impressive times. Mark Hargreaves ran quicker than he did at the notoriously quick Fleet Half Marathon. Jon Sharkey set a new, although long overdue PB at the distance. Ian White ran his first race in six months almost ten minutes quicker than his outing at the Stur Half last August.

At the time of writing final league positions hadn't been finalised due to an entry process that didn't ask for club details, but it was another 2nd place on the open and league competitions finishing narrowly behind Poole Runners.

Tag's pot hunting mission didn't quite go according to plan as Mark Le Gassick turned up to win the race, but he still managed to win Sea Life Centre and Splashdown Tickets! Any women reading, beware if you are asked out on a date by this man in the next couple of months!
